When it comes to the community, our support knows no bounds! Our users run the gamut from entrepreneurs, freelancers, small businesses and startups to nonprofits, charities, clubs and community organizations. We also are happy to host artists, musicians and performance groups for small events. No matter what type of business or organization that you have, we are glad to welcome you to our venue.

The Studio at Cornwall will typically be open during mall hours. However, depending on your event, there is some flexibility and accommodations may be made to meet your organization’s needs.

To provide a versatile event and community venue, The Studio at Cornwall will be equipped with a small kitchenette and casual furniture including tables and chairs to accommodate meetings, lectures and vendor activations. If additional furniture or equipment is needed, we will be happy to work with other partners and suppliers to ensure rentals are available.

Complementary parking in our parkades will be provided for event organizers. During mall hours attendees will be required to pay the standard $2.00 per hour parking fee, however after 5:00PM during the week and all-day Saturday and Sunday, parking in both parkades is free.

At The Studio at Cornwall, the health and safety of our community and employees is our top priority. We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak closely and are adhering to guidance from the government and local health authorities regarding the proper prevention and management of this issue.

The Studio at Cornwall is striving to be a barrier free event and community venue. As such, we are proud to offer the use of our venue at no cost for the first six months of operation to any business, organization or group who is wishing to book with us. Though rental fees will be in place after those initial six months of business, we will be happy to work with organizations who may require assistance covering the cost of our fees.

The Studio at Cornwall will come equipped with a complementary projection screen and sound equipment and we will be happy to work with organizations to provide additional equipment as needed.

As insurance is required to use The Studio at Cornwall, if an organization does not already have an existing policy, we will be happy to work with them to provide an economical solution for their insurance needs.
